PRICES, SEND, PAY, EXCHANGE AND RETURN Below you will find an explanation of the most important points for your order. If you want to view the deposited delivery conditions, scroll to the end of this document.
TO SEND Medex sends your order via GLS. Shipping takes place as much as possible the same day. Delivery usually takes place the day after shipment. Since we depend on the services of GLS, we can not take responsibility for this. You will receive an e-mail after sending, so that you can track the package online via Track and Trace and, if necessary or desired, change the delivery address and delivery date.

Not at home at the time of delivery, what now? If you are not at home at the time of delivery, there are 2 possible options: - The deliveryman of GLS leaves a note in the mailbox with a code with which you can indicate a new delivery date and possibly other location via the internet * - the package is delivered to the neighbors. In that case, GLS's deliverer leaves a note in the letterbox so that you are aware of it. * Another delivery address can also be a packet shop from GLS in your area, so you can pick up the package on the day and time you want.

Shipping costs: Delivery possible from € 75, -. From € 75, - to € 200, - there are € 10, - small order costs. Above € 200, - free shipping.
RETURN Since it is a transaction between companies, returning products is only possible if products are damaged or have been delivered incorrectly. In other cases this is not possible. Medex will bear the costs for the return of products that are damaged or incorrectly delivered. For items that have been returned in the correct manner, the amount you paid will be refunded to your account as soon as possible, or settled with a next order or exchange, in mutual consultation. Before you return, always contact Medex (within 8 days after receiving your shipment) so that we can find the best possible solution.
EXCHANGE If you want to exchange a product, please contact us so that we can lead this in the right direction.
PAYMENT Regardless of which payment method you choose, you will not be charged any extra costs. For payment via iDeal, Paypal, Credit Card or direct debit you even receive a 2% payment discount.

Credit card You can also choose to pay by credit card (Mastercard, Maestro, VISA, American Express). You can enter your credit card details safely on the Medex website, for a quick and correct processing of your order.

Goods remain the property of Medex until all invoices have been paid in full. Medex reserves the right to change delivery conditions or to discontinue delivery, as long as all claims are not met.
Internal and extrajudicial costs and all other costs for collecting outstanding receivables are at the customer's expense.
From the date of exceeding the payment term the statutory interest will be charged. Specified prices are subject to change and deliveries are subject to stock. Deliveries are in principle excl. Shipping and packing costs. In principle, no interest is charged for any payment arrangement in installments, unless stated otherwise. If the expiry date of the installments is not met, the statutory interest is calculated. In principle Medex supplies professional qualified beauticians and therefore assumes that the application of products is done correctly and therefore does not take responsibility for misuse. Other responsibilities are limited to the amount of the invoice. Complaints about goods delivered by Medex within eight days of delivery. Return shipments are accepted after prior approval. Settlement of missing or returned items is only allowed after receipt of a credit invoice. In case of disputes, only the judge in Assen is competent. In case of foreign deliveries Dutch law applies and also applies that only the judge in Assen is competent.
